The Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health course requires a minimum of six hours of training.

Upon successful completion, learners will receive the FAA Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health, which is valid for three years.
To maintain confidence and knowledge, annual refresher training is strongly recommended.
After three years, learners must retake the full course to renew their qualification.
