Yes, all our regulated courses are fully accredited by FAA and Ofqual. These meet the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and Ofsted requirements where applicable.

Absolutely. We provide group training at your location or a venue of your choice, with flexible timings to suit your team’s schedule. 

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or invoice for businesses. Full details will be provided upon booking. 

Just yourself and comfortable clothing. We provide all course materials and equipment. 

Course lengths vary:

• Emergency First Aid at Work: 1 day
• First Aid at Work: 3 days
• Paediatric First Aid: 2 days
• Other Health & Safety courses: from 2 hours to 1 day

Yes. Refresher and requalification courses are available for First Aid at Work and other relevant courses. We recommend refreshing your skills regularly to maintain confidence and compliance. 

Absolutely. We’re here to help even after your course ends—whether you need a replacement certificate, advice on compliance, or additional training. 

We provide full support during the course, and if a candidate doesn’t meet the required standard, we offer feedback and the option to re-sit the assessment where appropriate.
